1000 happy days - Day 235

Way behind schedule!  How did that happen???

Today's happy moment:  I passed exam #2!  I didn't just pass, though, I beat my personal goal and even exceeded the mark I had envisioned.  

So satisfying to work hard and excel in the end.  Yeah! 

1000 happy days - Day 234

Ok people.  I'm now calling the completion of study notes per my study notes schedule my happy moment.

It's official - I've nerded out.....hard.  

I also love the new Nabob commercial, the part where the older gentlemen says "hipster mustaches" in "Spanish".  It's so cute. :) "Hi-ster muchachos" bahahhaha! So cute.

AND!  Last night on The Voice, the battling couple that sang "Stay" was sooooo good, I am still thinking about it.  It was crazy!

Passed my exam!

Got two cute videos of my friend's baby girl Ayla - soooooo cuuuuuuute!

Went to Skule Nite with my sister, Rohit and Lareina!

Pretty awesome day!

My new headphones came today!  Really helped me study! ;)

Oh and I'm done studying for my first test, which is tomorrow. Eek!  Wish me love and luck!

1000 happy days - Day 231

Driving home after a 13 hour day in the classroom. We hit our goal for the night.  So satisfying to drive home knowing I was done for the day.  

Next up: study my butt off tomorrow and ace that test on Friday!

1000 happy days - Day 230

This is hard to write, but I'm saying this is my happy day moment to push myself to stay positive!....:

My happy moment is finishing 5 out of 6 module cheat sheets today!  

I'm on my way to acing this test!!!

1000 happy days - Day 229

A couple things to be happy about in the last couple of days:

- One of my staff was informed that I recognized him via one of the biggest methods of recognition currently available at our company.  He wrote me an email that said "You are great.  Thank you!".  Hoooooow niiiiiiiiiice!!!!!

- Last night my sister stayed with me.  As we fell asleep, she started to play with my hair. All it is is that she grabs a couple of strands and twists it back and forth between her fingers.  She's been doing that since we were very little, and ahe says that it relaxes her. ❤ More often than not, she is on her own and so nowadays she plays with her own hair. :) Sounds silly, maybe, but I loved it when I felt that little tug on my hair! ❤

- Watching The Voice with my pops.  We laughed a LOT at Blake's digs on Adam.  Priceless.

1000 happy days - Day 228

After starting out today in a total panic (I mean I woke up dreaming about flunking out of skule...!), I managed to turn the day around.  

- walked at lunch

- after class, finished all 4 modules of review in 3.5 hours with some baroque music

- had a half-cup of chai a la Mummi!

- watched The Voice with my Dad and we just laughed and laughed and laughed! We love Pharrell!  I need a pair of red high-tops like he's got. *dreamy!*

Today was my first day in school after what feels like a million years.  AOOM!
