Today I give thanks for a beautiful and fruitful week of rest and recuperation.  I have back into myself and I'm calm again.  

I pray to keep this centeredness as I move forward over the coming days and weeks.  I pray that I can keep perspective.

Reiki session today was excellent.  It helped me release a lot.

It's ok to have tough days and feel down sometimes.  But there are still bright spots in every day.  Here are pics of baby O wearing the onesie I designed and painted for him from back before he was born (MJ's baby shower craft activity).  How cute!

1000 happy days - Day 348

Today, I had two wins at work.  I published my monthly quad chart for the first time and got direct props from my VP and a number of directors.  I also murdered my presentation on my culture change initiative at the plant..... like a BOSS! I literally got handshakes and people asking to be part of my team.  Yeah! 

Hit hot yoga AND picked up dinner from Kuppfert and Kim.  Yummm!

I slept more than 10 hours for 2 nights in a row!  

Super Bowl Sunday - we made homemade pizza to celebrate with our Dad!
