Today's happy moments:

Rubina has a way of making me laugh out loud from my gut.  Feels good to laugh like that. 

Had a two hour nap. 

Rewatched La La Land.  💜

Feeling freedom and getting centered.  Did every little thing for myself that my heart desired.  Grateful for this window of bliss.  💜

Happy moments:

- Getting extra sleep today 

- Feeling accomplished after organizing 90% of what was left after the move

- Getting through day 2 of a protein only diet

- Intelligent banter and laughs with a new person

Today's happy moment:

Driving on the 401, feeling the happiness I want, feeling the sun in my car, listening to songs that genuinely bring me joy.

Long time, no post! 

Gotta get back in the saddle.  

Today my happy moment was picking up the keys to my new place.  Yay!  I got home and organized all my boxes and labeled them.  Lol!  I can get pretty serious about getting organized.  I didn't feel the need to scale back AT ALL!  So great to be able to live out my weirdness in all fullness!  

All I need to do is tape up all my open boxes and they'll be ready to move!  

Happy days are here again. :)

When my friend who is going through child birth - like, pushing a brand new human out of her you-know-what - thinks to make a prayer for me and my happiness.    

That is love.  That is real.  

.....It's amazing and insane! But that is love.

And I am reminded that I am blessed.

Technical difficulties kept me from continuing to post regularly...... and I got lazy about addressing this problem......

But I'm back!  Let's keep moving!

Today's happy moments:

- Organized my clothes at home

- Bought new pair of loubies on saaaale! And a cool mackage jacket

- Dinner with my Dad!

- Seeing my Dad happy about his new TV

- Watched some episodes of a new show with my Dad :)

Y'know what they say!  Work hard, shop harder!!!

Met with a young lady who wants to do more in her career.  I'm just so happy I was able to counsel her.  I'm sure she will be successful. :)

I'm one lucky person to have the opportunity to help someone else in my own small way. Let's keep it going!

I met a girl today whom I knew previously.  She was always really nice.  When we met today, she told me she was pregnant.  What made me happy was she said she was expecting twins.  :). Not sure why this affected me the way it did, but I genuinely felt happy for her news.  ❤️

Also, I got picked up at random today.  That has never happened to me in my life!  Literally while walking up a street, he stopped me, complimented me, asked me to go for coffee and gave me his number.  Not sure if I plan to pursue this, but the whole instance was kinda nice to experience.

Tried a new Indian resto in Toronto called "Bombay Street Food Company" with Nalini.  It was great!  So many veggie and halaal options!   Looking forward to going back soon.....!  Not to mention that being with Nalini and catching up was refreshing and well-overdue. :)
