1000 happy days - Day 192

I have a lot to catch up on.  But I've been having a great time. :)

Here's some pics from Tahoe.  Went with my cousins that plan this trip every year with a lot of their friends and family.  We had fun!  I got a massage, I cuddled with the kids, I went boarding, we had a white elephant gift exchange, and made some new friends!  Even discovered a distant cousin.  Here are some pics from Northstar and the top of Mount Pluto:

Specific happy moment of the trip:  when Inaya - a shy/introverted 5-year-old - grabbed my hand at random when we left for the hill. Later, we watched Home Alone 2 together.  ❤

Specific happy moment on the drive home:  "The Shania Twain" during the car game made me cry from laughing.  The thought of it still makes me chuckle to myself. :)

We came back early to begin the wedding festivities with our cousin for his marriage.  Here's a couple pics from the family dholki:

Tonight, on Christmas night in Cali, us cousins gorged ourselves on pizza and donuts, and then played Scrabble.  I hate board games..... but I still managed to have some fun laughing at the words we came up with. :) ...and before you think it:  yes....we checked the dictionary for all of these words. Bahahhaha!  :)

That's about 5 days worth of recounts.  I'll try to do better over the next few days and post nightly!!! :)

So many things to be grateful for today:

Today I woke up at 8am Cali time.  My cousin made me French toast.  I played with my nephew for the first time - love this little guy!  I saw my Khala's chicken coop and bird avery out back.  .....and all that happened before noon!  Life is good!

Friday's happy moment:

My year-end performance review with my manager.  It ended in tears.....Tears of happiness, that is!  Hahahaha!  Yeah, my boss is awesome.  Here's to a successful 2014!  :) :) :)

Saturday's happy moment:

Watching a documentary about happiness. :). I fell asleep but I hear it was pretty cool.  I will catch up on it soon.

Today's happy moment:

Wrapped gifts for my boss and our admin assistant.  Hope they like their gifts!  :) Watching "Home Alone" - classic...! :)
