1000 happy days - Day 295

Sunday I got to spend some time with my baby:

On Monday, my happy moment was sitting with my Dad at the end of a long day. ❤️❤️❤️

Today, Tuesday, I'd say my happy moment was walking into my apartment after it had just been cleaned.  This is new for me, but I'm so glad I made this choice. My "shoe garden" has been rearranged slightly, and it just makes me laugh....!

Me-time is always great.  I needed this today and I'm so full of gratitude for the ability to live "me-time" in the exact way I want to.

Pretty excited to sleep!  Wearing fun comfies!  Belly full of pizza and a mini cannoli!  Life is good! :) Happy weekend!

Today was Eid.  For the part I got to spend with my family, I am so thankful.  Here's a pic of us with Aiyaz!  Got to see many lovely people whom I wish I had seen more of in the past few months.

1000 happy days - Day 290

After a long busy day, I met Sara for what I thought was a discussion on mentorship.  Specifically that I should mentor her.  I was conflicted because I am still learning how to manage myself at this point, and I'm not sure I'm in the position to guide others.  I need to elevate my state.......  But!  To my pleasant surprise, it was a shared experience.  This dinner and discussion was mutually beneficial.  It's my happy moment because I think we both learned something tonight.  And I think this is going to motivate me to do and be better.

The Voice started again today!  Yesssssss!!!

I got some quality advice from Mark today which meant the world to me.  I am one lucky girl!  And now I feel clarity on my new role.  I am so thankful that he cared to speak with me.
