1000 happy days - Day 333

I'm one-third through....! Cool!

I just relaxed today people.  I saw my naturopath who was so supportive and that was lovely. :)

Here's what I did with what I learned from Wayne Dyer on Oprah's Super Soul Sunday:

I found a cool CE course to take in January!  Yeah!  It's coming together....!

Is this Joseph Gordon Levitt on Family Ties??? I think so! He played a pint-sized bully!  

Happy Birthday to my very precious Penny, I love you!  I'll post a Penny-pic in the near future of us celebrating her!

Sleeping in and finding my sister has snuck into my room and is fast asleep and snuggling next to me. ❤️ :) :) :)

Some things I'm happy about:

Today was Day 3 of my personal yoga challenge! I have one more day to go, and then breaking for the weekend.  Maybe I can find a class in Durham for Sunday...... :)

First day of vacation, and I got a lot done!

I went to yoga today and the instructor told us about the solstice and that it was just a few hours away.  It was the end of the Sun's decent.  She said that today's ending meant that tomorrow there would be a beginning as we move towards the light.  This made me tearful, and I felt hopeful.

That's my happy moment for today. ❤️

Long week!  

Today, some of the first Syrian refugees arrived in Toronto.  I am one proud Canadian!  Definitely my happy moment.
