This marks a full year's worth of happy moments collected. ❤️ Yay!!!

Talking with the girls today over Mexican food.  So yum.  So fun.  I needed some good girl time! ❤️

1000 happy days - Day 363

Volunteering to help someone out today.

It's important to me that we don't allow our team to become disenchanted.  It's our job - it's my job - to remove roadblocks and allow my team to make progress.  It made me happy to think I could help, and to assert that I was being serious about helping.  

Also, my coworker drew stick figures of us fighting in a meeting today.....after he handed me a fist full of chocolate.  Awesome.  :)

1000 happy days - Day 361

A good team meeting. This was my happy moment today.  

I am thankful for my colleague who helped me when I felt low. Its a great thing when you are reminded of the kindness, sincerity and goodness of the people near by, who think enough of you to go out of their way for you before you even think to ask for help.  I'm amazed and humbled by this.  I need to keep being my best self and remember that eventually the universe will balance everything out.

1000 happy days - Day 360

I attended a Teamwork training session today which was a lot of fun! 

I like the people I work with mostly.  There are some really cool, funny and kind people in my space.  

Today I shared my moodboard with my fashion design class.  I was worried I was really off base, but the girls said they loved it!  Yay! That made me feel happy. :)

After very little sleep last night, I'm positively beside myself about lying in my bed in my favourite place in the world, my apartment. ❤️ :)

1000 happy days - Day 359

I feel compelled to write about my stress, but this is where I must continue to train myself to focus on the positives in my day.  So!  Some little things that made me happy:

- moving some of my stuff to my new office

- having one of my co-workers come to see me today knowing I have returned from vacation :)

- compliments on my makeup today!

- sitting with my co-worker today in a meeting and connecting 

- debating leadership strategies with my peers and some directors 

- having clarity on where my passion in my career lies - people and strategy

- seeing my ex from a distance, being able to smile at him, and being happy that he's happy (I think!)
