Today I was happiest when I was enjoying the 7 (8? 9?) course tasting menu at Bent, one of chef Susur Lee's amazing restaurants. Served tapas style, we ate shrimp, lobster, oyster, salmon, ceviche, and my personal favourite: the Slaw.
I savoured every. single. morsel.
So good.
