1000 happy days - Day 260

Good news today!  I was nominated to be my company's Youth in Nuclear representative at this year's (biannual) international meeting!  It happens that this iteration will be held at our station.  I think there will be people joining us from all around the world!  Pretty cool!!!

I'm honored to have been nominated!  And even more bowled over that my *Site Vice President* contacted me to tell me about it!  How lucky is this girl??? When I said I really appreciate this opportunity, he said "well you deserve it, kiddo". :) :) :) Best career moment in a while!

This "up-and-comer" is one happy girl! ;) I'm vibrating with excitement!!!
