Today at work we celebrated a significant achievement by having a big cake and fruit party.  It was the first time I got to stand in front of everyone and be proud of them as a team.  I like being part of a leadership team.  It made me happy to serve people cake!  I felt connected to them again, it was nice.  And I'm pretty sure they enjoyed it, too. :)

Remind me to do this more in the future. :)

Happy moment:  wearing white and red lips and blue jacket.  I felt so crisp today! 

I got a few things underway today.... Hope to create something wonderful for our team soon.

Today I am thankful for a decent day at work where I had a couple of small wins. It feels like things are coming together, little bit by little bit.... Make du'as, please!

Eid lunch kids are pulling this charity event like old pros!  I'm so glad to see this come together.  Again, make du'as please!

Watched the voice ❤️ and I really loved that hotline bling cover. I have a couple of stand out artists in my mind but my favourite is definitely Jordan Smith.  He's the perfect singer.

Today's happy moment was sitting with my dad over dinner, talking shop, listening to him talk about his dad.  I love how my dad's dad represents comfort to him.  

My dad is my comfort, too.  God bless my parents. ❤️

I think what I enjoy most about my role right now is the opportunity to affect the careers and well-being of others.  I love that moment, after explaining and opening them up to think outside the proverbial "box", when I see a lightbulb go on. And then I know I've got them, connected with them, maybe caused them to think about themselves differently.  They deserve the best.  Their manager should invest time and effort in them. Help them help themselves.  

I'm happy to be that person. It makes my heart happy. ❤️

Happiness is relief after a massive emotional expiation.  I'm grateful for this, I feel lighter.

Today's happy moment was when I ate the salad I bought at Yorkdale from that Illy place.  It's so good.  Can't wait to eat it again tomorrow. :)
