1000 happy days - Day 315

I think what I enjoy most about my role right now is the opportunity to affect the careers and well-being of others.  I love that moment, after explaining and opening them up to think outside the proverbial "box", when I see a lightbulb go on. And then I know I've got them, connected with them, maybe caused them to think about themselves differently.  They deserve the best.  Their manager should invest time and effort in them. Help them help themselves.  

I'm happy to be that person. It makes my heart happy. ❤️
