1000 happy days - Day 101

Today was my second day stepped up.  I have to say it felt tough.  Probably because its Day 2 and I am spending a lot more time in meetings, learning about what I'm expected to do, learning about what everyone else is doing, and making excuses for what is not yet done. :). Ha.  I  care too much.  Need to keep things in perspective.  Funny how just yesterday I saw everything with 20/20 vision.  Today I am struggling to not be so hard on myself (I mean its Day 2, for goodness sake!) and keep the balance.

To that end, I'm so glad I made plans with Santos and co this evening.  Met new people, made easy connections, enjoyed a giant sushi dinner in good loving company....  So sweet because Santos and Colleen treated to dinner for my birthday. :) We always forget who's turn it is to pay anyway. ❤  I also got their wedding invite!  Sooooo cute!  AND!  La pièce de resistance..... A mag with JT on the cover which I have been coveting for what has apparently been a full year!  Santos remembered, which is amazing in itself, and managed to get me a copy.  It's used, but I don't care.  It completes my collection!
